MMRV (measles, mumps, rubella and varicella) catch-up vaccination for short patient name
We’re coming to location name on next session dates to offer the MMRV vaccination to children who have not yet had 2 doses of the MMR vaccine.
MMR was the vaccine available before the introduction of MMRV, which offers added protection against chickenpox, also known as varicella.
We’d like your consent to vaccinate short patient name. You can respond by filling in our online form.
If you’re sure your child has had 2 doses, please confirm this using the consent request form.

About the MMRV vaccine
The MMRV vaccine protects against measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella (more commonly known as chickenpox). Having 2 doses gives lasting protection against all 4 illnesses. If you’re not sure how many doses your child has had, having further doses will not cause any harm.
Research has shown there is no link between the MMRV vaccine and autism.
