How clinics work in Mavis
Note:
This guidance is for teams taking part in the clinics pilot. If your team is not taking part, use the existing guidance for clinics. We’re continuing to improve these features during the pilot, so some screenshots and instructions may not match what you see in Mavis.
You can use Mavis to manage clinic bookings and vaccinations from start to finish.
You can:
- create clinic sessions and appointment slots
- choose which vaccination programmes you will offer in each session
- send clinic invitations in bulk, or invite individual children
Parents can then book an appointment in Mavis for their child - or you can book one on behalf of the parent.
Once a session is in place, you can:
- view appointments in the session
- resolve unmatched appointments
- cancel an appointment
- add walk-ins to the session
- record vaccinations given in the clinic
