How clinics work in Mavis

You can use Mavis to manage clinic bookings and vaccinations from start to finish.

You can:

• create clinic sessions and appointment slots
• choose which vaccination programmes you will offer in each session
• send clinic invitations in bulk, or invite individual children

Parents can then book an appointment in Mavis for their child - or you can book one on behalf of the parent.

Once a session is in place, you can:

• view and edit appointments in the session
• resolve unmatched appointments
• cancel an appointment
• add walk-ins to the session
• record vaccinations given in the clinic
